The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I would rank it on par with Hilton. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. My only concern was the pricing—I initially expected to be charged AUD 846 but ended up being charged AUD 1,400.

Customer service was exceptional specially that guy at front desk Peter and this another gentleman Bruce been so welcoming and helpful the deserve 5 star for there service and excellent communication skill.

I got a spacious room with a nice view. The hotel offers a very large selection of dishes for breakfast.
