Crowne Plaza Shanghai Jinxiu by IHG

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! A special shoutout to Andy Zhang at the reception. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and stress free. He not only assisted us with our bags but also kindly offered to call a Didi for us when we checked out. When we needed a late checkout extension because of work schedule, he made it happen even on a full occupancy that day. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. Thank you Andy, for the warm service!

Staff was very helpful, hotel is clean and rooms are comfy. It is well located close the SINEC where I attended a conference. Great breakfast, the coffee is especially delicious. Concierge was very helpful in receiving deliveries.

Classy modern hotel with nice spacious room and splendid breakfast with good options for westerners.
